ROUND eight of the Daiwa-Hobie BREAM Kayak Tour was held last weekend at Forster, NSW where 53 competing anglers attended.
Eventual victory in the round went to Luke McKay (6/6, 2.73kg) who secured his first event win of the tour. Perennial top ten angler Jason Meech claimed second at Forster with a 6/6, 2.61kg two day bag.
2010 Forster round winner Stewart Dunn came in third and Dave Hedge scored fourth. Ian Seeto made a solid comeback on day two to pick up 8th place and land the $100 Boss Hog Prize with a 0.85kg kicker fish.
