FISHING World photographer Shane Chalker has again been recognised for his efforts by taking out several major awards in an international photography competition.
Notably for Fisho readers, Chalker this week took out a Bronze award in the 2011 International Loupe Awards for the attached shot featuring the release of a bream by a tournament angler.
Chalker also had the impressive result of taking out six awards from six entries in four different categories.
As he posted on his website, "when you decide to enter your photos into an International photography competition and to be judged by your peers it is a little daunting. You are never sure how your images are going to score and to know exactly what the judges might be looking for."
"I'll continue to strive to better myself and look forward to entering more International competitions," he concluded.
Congratulations Shane, from the Fisho crew.
